How do I create an account with Email?

From the sign-in screen, select the Epik logo, then select Create Account. Enter your email and preferred password, and select Finish. We'll send an email to you to confirm. Please open this email on your phone where you have Lockr installed. Click on the link inside the email to confirm your email. Lockr should load, and you'll see a notfication that your email has been confirmed. If this doesn't happen, you can also open the email on your desktop or laptop, and click on the confirm email link. In this case, EpikPrime.com will open and confirm your email. Once confirmed, you can go back to Lockr and sign in with the confirmed credentials.


I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Please go to EpikPrime.com/marketplace/forget-password


Lockr will have this functionality in the near future.


When I click on Confirm Email, Lockr opens but I don't see any indication that my email was confirmed. 

Some email providers don't operate well with the dynamic links that open apps, especially on iPhone. Please try to confirm your email on EpikPrime.com. Open the email on your desktop/laptop computer, click on the Confirm Email button, and let it open EpikPrime.com. Then return to login on Lockr and login with your credentials.


I've already created an account on EpikPrime.com. How can I use it in Lockr?

There are two ways to sign in - either with a social media account or with email and password. Use whichever method you use on EpikPrime.com on Lockr too. So, if you have an account on EpikPrime.com through Facebook login, use Facebook login to sign in to Lockr. If you sign in to EpikPrime.com with email and password, do the same in Lockr. Select the Epik logo from the sign-in screen and enter your credentials.


How do I remove the # and numbers from the end of my username?

Become an Epik Prime or Epik Prime Plus member.


How do I change my Lockr Username?

From the Main Menu, select My Profile. Then select the pencil icon next to your existing username.


How many times can I change my username?

You can change your username 10 times.


I'm stuck. Something happened during onboarding and now I can't proceed. It won't allow me to finish. What do I do?

Please contact us with your account details. The best thing to do is to uninstall Lockr and re-install. All of your information will be recovered when you start the app again.


I'm stuck in Onboarding. I previously completed onboarding, but Lockr is taking me through it again. When it gets to the screen where I import my first item, there's nothing to import, and I can't proceed.

This is an indication that your login token expired and was not refreshed. The best thing to do is to uninstall Lockr and re-install. All of your information will be recovered when you start the app again, and you will be able to sign in, creating a new login token.


How do I put my items in my Void?

From the Main Menu, select View Items. The default is to show you all of your Epik Items. You can select the pulldown to change this to Network items, where you can see all of the NFTs you have in your connected wallet. In either case, tap on the icon on the ring surrounding the image of your item. It should turn into a checkmark, and you will see "Added" overlaid on the item image.


How do I remove items from my Void?

In either case, tap on the checkmark icon on the ring surrounding the image of your item. The checkmark should disappear, and you will see "Removed" overlaid on the item image.


I'm trying to connect my Metamask wallet, but it's saying "Session already ongoing", and it won't connect.

You have to end old sessions before starting a new one. From Metamask, select the menu, then select Settings->Experimental->View Sessions and close any sessions related to Epik or Lockr.


The link I use to share with my friends to invite them to install Lockr keeps changing. Will I still get credit when they install with a different link?

Yes. The link may change, but we know every link that belongs to your account to get credit.


I'd like to buy an Epik item I see in Lockr. I can see the price, but I can't see how to buy it.

Android users can see a "Buy" tab when viewing an edition's details. Click on the buy button from there.

iOS users don't have this option. Please visit epikprime.com/Marketplace instead.


I'd like to sell one of my items. How can I do that?

You can't sell your items in Lockr, but you can sell them elsewhere.


If you have an Epik item, you can either sell the item through an auction on EpikPrime.com, or transfer the item out of Epik and sell it on a third-party marketplace.


To auction your item on EpikPrime.com, login to EpikPrime.com, select Items from the main menu, and pick the item you want to auction. From the item details page you can select to put the item up for auction. Follow the prompts from there.


To sell on a third-party marketplace, you'll first need to transfer the Epik item to your wallet. As above, when viewing the item details, you can select to transfer the item to your wallet. Follow the prompts from there. Once transferred to your wallet, go to your preferred third-party marketplace, connect your wallet, and let them guide you through their sales process.
